Every supplier passes at minimum an existence check; those wanting to sell internationally clear the Verified and Gold tiers. You, as a buyer, know exactly who you are dealing with.
Verified
Human document review — required for Pro plan.

Gold
Deep audit — required for Premium plan.
- On-site visit or video audit by an egimpex reviewer
- Certifications verified (ISO, HACCP, BIO, etc.)

What guarantees do buyers get?
Profiles cannot be edited silently
Any major change (legal name, country, owner) triggers a fresh KYB review. The badge drops while the review is pending.
Transparent disputes
From the first transactions onwards, disputes and reviews will be public on the profile — no silent removal, only insult moderation. As of today (pre-launch) no review is yet visible: a real exchange has to take place before any appears.

On disagreement, our human team analyzes the evidence and proposes mediation within 14 days (Pro SLA).

European hosting, right to erasure, annual access audit. No data is shared outside the platform.
